It isn't stuck, it is showing the time until the next game. However it shows 99:59 if there is more than 100 hours until your next game. Your next game is on thursday (if you are in the cup or scheduled a scrimmage) which is more than 100 hours from now. Once you get within 100 hours it will start counting down again.

Canadian games should have started an hour ago and don't appear to have run. Based on that, I wouldn't expect the US games to start anytime soon.
