Drop free agents? The problem with your proposal is the fact that if the free agents get canned. We go back to the old system. Where top players were going for 15mil (currently they still go for 3-5mil). So you train a guy to that level. Do you sell him? Cash in that 15mil? For what? You can't buy anything anyway on the market, as the market is dead again. We need a method to remove excess money from the system. FA are the ones that do it. Currently as we have gotten close to equilibrium, there are less and less teams with available/usable salary cap/funds. This already lowers the market prices. So with cup money help, top tier teams (in a big country) might save a mil in a season. That's not even sufficent for one decent divI level player. You want the prices to go back up. So when that one great guy comes along, everyone wants to buy him, one team get's to spend his 15 seasons of earning, the transfer is done and the other teams go into waiting mode again.
Yes training is not really profitable atm (if you train to sell). You can still benefit from your trainees play. You have to remember though, that you do not have to start the training at 18yo. Buy a decent player for your team and add some skills to him. Just like with drafting, if everyone is spending money on draft, you will lose out on the investment you made through scouting. How many teams are there that do not train atm. Everyone is training something to add skills to their players. With economy so close to the equilibrium, there just can't be "superstar" transfer fees. If people start to train GS, training will soon get profitable again.
It's pretty funny how you complain about current training system, when you can afford a lvl7 trainer. Lvl7 trainer has ALWAYS been a nonprofit operation. Expecting to make money while spending mil on trainer and a few mil on trainees is just dumb tbh. Saw a 3mil+ trainee transfer at the start of this season. There is no way you can make profit with that transfer. Training should be mostly for your own team (currently it is) and not about eyeing big profits on the transfer market.

I was always against this random system in the draft, now more than before if this is possible...
The market is alive only for one single kind of player, today two 22 yo potential lvl 7 (so not the best one) have been sold for more than 2 millions, I'm not able to sell my ex China NT player for lower money and I sold one of the best playmaker with not so high salary for lower money. For me this is ok but I wonder how the teams in the lower divisions can reach the top level if there is only one way of profitable training.

trainers are so cheap cause of farm teams. Which tries to make players for u-21 and/or NT. So it should be the best solution to remove nt teams to prevent farm teams. Cause they overflood market with cheap and good prospects at age 21-22.

I don't think so, farm teams exist since the creation of this game, this kind of market is in this situation since 2/3 seasons. You can check the previous sales to see how the market changed during the seasons.

Which teams are you talking about here? Top tier teams need to spend in order to be competitive. If you try to save money, you will not make playoffs. So renting a player is a problem for those non competitive DivI leagues. I'm guessing you base this "money in the bank" on your own team. I've always been trying to unload the reserves I have. Eventually being able to get to DivI. It's not easy to get back to DivI after relegation. Your economy suffers greatly if you demote. A bunch of the managers relegating (even after they have promoted to divI) have quit because they can't seem to get back over that hump.
I don't see what you win with setting FA price higher than 1mil. If the player is good he will sell. Atm the price of good enough players for divI flucktuates between 1-3 mil (gret players go over that). Even if they would rise it, I would not mind. Crappy high salary players still retire with 1mil initial price. Yes, I have seen it happen! Great NT players never go cheap. You can't get a great NT player for 500k. You can get an unbalanced salarymonster for 500k. Examples of great players and their recent price (8189609), (9573625), (8189630), (10942461), (12436072), (8189968), (10941691).

For the new accounts and lower salary palyers there is no FA, that doesn'T help with deflation for most users!!!!

I am mentoring two divIV level teams. The TL is full of players to choose from. The market is fine there at the moment. A lot of managers are training and the flow of new capable players arives every draft, it's reasonable to raise the the salary ranges for FA's.
Perhaps my demands to a player are too high, I seldom come across a player that is tagged FA in my 3 saved searches. If I do however, they never go below 1,5mil. I think your petition has something to do with your own recent rent a player for championship run. It's great that you have some extra cash, but you can't expect to draw the same price, while selling your salary monsters at the start of the season, compared to their price right before playoffs.
We are prolly playing in a different world all together. I just can't see the top teams making enough money to raise the high demanding salary player prices.

My two cents:

Players whose salaries are high should be more expensive proportionately than players with smaller salaries (relative to position obviously). From observing the TL, some players (similar ages) whose salaries say 200k, they can sell for 400k. Whereas players with 25k salary can also go for 400k.

To me, that is an imbalance that I would like to see worked on.

Perhaps you could take their weekly salary as a part of their transfer price. Say a player with 200k salary bought at 400k, costs you 3,2mil a season. While player with 25k salary bought at 400k, costs you 750k a season. That's a pretty big difference, wouldn't you say?
