Yes, answering questions is a definete plus in a debate. Also, 2-3 is the tactic that is hard to understand by most, extremely useful if well used since most of teams play LI and a misuse has terrible consequences (just look at my game with Hounds in the cup), so although not groundbreaking, knowing how to play 2-3 is extremely important. Also, I dont think there is any doubt at this point who has more experience at highest level, which wasnt as important until now since it was almost always LI/m2m, but it will become extremely important starting season 26, and thats when more experienced manager could greatly benefit our NT, as well as users who can also observe whats happening and implement ideas they like to their own teams. I could understand results of last election with monotony in tactics and activity being arguably most important factor, but now I think it is time to get some knowledge from the outside. It could do nothing but benefit BB Canada in my opinion

Well, in couple of hours everything will be decided. It is really to bad that debate went exactly as predicted with one candidate tryng to gain trust, and other one trying not to screw it up by not putting any answers out there, except for standards about activity and stating that nothing was screwed up in past 2 seasons that had big consequences so why change?

I will support whover wins this elections and help Canada as much as I can, but the reason why I didnt start and that I support kozlik in this elections is that the changes introduced will benefit experienced managers and I didnt feel I have enough expierence (and I dont believe that bbalin does with tactics either)

Sorry ive been realy busy lately with work.

First off, why point out that Canada rarely stays away from LI/MtM.. We wouldnt have had as much success if we didnt. Is the goal of an NT manager to play the wackiest tactics and impress people?

Anyways to answer the question, (18340)

An inverted Patient win against France at the U21 level in the repechage. We were horribly outmatched at each position, so we created our own mismatch and it worked.

Any other questions?

It was to point out lack of experience in using other tactics at that level (your club team never reached highest level), which although was enough for this term (LI/m2m was the best choice), and thats why I said that I understand the results of last election, but looking at the changes which are about to be implemented they wont be enough for next term. Of course we can stick to the same thing, become predictable, win with weaker teams, lose with stronger and stay where we are, you can stay a manager and experiment (NT isnt for that), or we can go with kozlik for this term and try to go for it all (and either achieve something, or possibly fail miserably).

So I got two questions here. Do we (as Canadian managers) are content to stay where we are, or do we want to risk while we have possibly strongest roster in history (except for SF) to achieve something (or fail while trying)

Second question is directly to you. How can you convince other managers or me that you do have experience with different tactics at this level (more than kozlik) and that you will be the best choice for S26 (I have no doubts that you both would do equally well for S25)

edit: and its really a shame that it is already so late and most managers wont login to take most arguments into consideration when taking their vote

It was to point out my lack of experience at the highest level with tactics? Im pretty sure an inverted patient victory trumps a 2-3, especially with the current Effect of SB as opposed to the pre season 24 effects of it.

I dont necessarily have experience, but I understand lots of the tactics. I understand when to switch it up and how to switch it up. Plus, im pretty sure the prediction bonus wont be as massive as people make it out to be. Id guess maybe a 5 point swing, but we will find out come ASB this season wont we? Also, I suspect that it doesnt get used too often, managers would rather be safe than sorry in most cases.

Maybe you should have asked these questions earlier :)
