The announcements sound great in my ears. A multi-skilled NT which can be unpredictable is how I love to see it.

To Fermit, I don't see any problem when a manager wants to build his player first to the U21 and than further to NT, when he has enough potential. Only problem, specially with bigs can be the salary, but if a manager doesn't care about that, or wants to accomplish that his player first plays in the U21 and than in the NT, I don't see a problem.

What is your stance on gay athletes joining the NT team? Should they be able to share a locker room, and/or, be able to shower with the non-homosexual athletes? Should we stop using basketball terms such as, "bang down low," or "who needs a 30sec blow?"

Other examples: My JV coach used a lot of these terms, mostly while wearing a tight T-shirt that read -- "I like big weanies, with the caption 'uncle mikes hotdogs,' right under it." Not to mention his weird stretching methods he use to make us perform, and the ass smacking. Plus he was a close talker... really weird guy... Ok, I'm going off on a tangent here.

So, Moff, are sports a place for heterosexual and homosexual athletes, alike. If so, do you feel the statements I went over--above--are appropriate at a professional level and NT level?

Also, if you were NT manager, would you wear a tight "uncle mikes hotdogs" t-shirt to practice? Elaborate.

Thanks for the question Coco.

The main goal during worlds is to build enthusiasm to be able to use it later on when it matters, such as semifinal and championship. I will have my sights on doing just that as the manager too so the first few games will be used to build that enthusiasm as well as analyze what we need to do for future games.

My overall plan would be to TIE the first round. If we can't do this then we can't consider ourselves one of the top NTs. Second round would continue to be used for building. However, many things come into play such as what record we advance with, GS, and future games.

You asked specifically for the first few games but let me know if you have questions about later games as well. Thanks for the question
