Excited for our game Tuesday! Looks like nobody is injured, and I hope it stays that way for the both of us. Good luck!

Same here! I could see it going either way. You have the edge in salary (just barely) and game shape, but I'm at home.

I never thought I'd make it here with only 1 loss. It's crazy i keep winning.

I can't believe you've never stuck in D3 before. You've done a bang-up job this season. Your revenue is ridiculously high and your game management is impeccable. Even more impressive, you've done it while training a few low-salary guys. Props to you.

I wish you were in the other conference.

That's rough. I wonder who holds the record for the most injuries at the same time.

The Monty Python reference is fitting. Fits your sense of humor. I love that movie.

My first season in D3 I would have stuck but I was going thru financial problems and lost my internet and team. The others I always tried to revamp my roster. This time I tried to keep the same roster and add only if I needed to.

The training part is a little misleading, Cole is probably a 20k plus center right now. And has high guard skills for a center.

My first season in BB was season 8. I missed 3 months and started over. I have brought 2 friends to the game, one of which is the one of the best in the game right now. And the other was in this league for a few seasons.

As promised...Power Rankings after interleague play...

1. D-City Smokers - The number one team in the league lost tonight, but they played a tough road game and also put in less enthusiasm. Look for them to finish strong.

2. Eggies - The Eggies certainly made their case tonight as the best team in the league, but I think on a neutral court with equal enthusiasm, they lose a nail biter to the Smokers.

3. Sockdologizers - They have clearly established themselves as at LEAST the #2 team in the Big 8. Can beat anybody on the right night.

4. Dinkle Smurfs - MUCH better than their 8-7 record indicates IMO. I look for them to lock up the #3 spot in the Big 8 by seasons end.

5. Tucumcari Whalers - Strong team! The Whalers lost tonight to a desperate team in need of a win. Still doesn't take away from the amazing season they've had, and will continue to have.

6. Tallahassee Trees - Injuries, injuries, injuries! This is a top 3 team when healthy, but they just haven't been. A real darkhorse in the playoffs if they can just keep their players on the court!

7. Diamantes - Slugging it out in the difficult Big 8. Diamantes is right there with the better teams. Can they get over the hump and make the playoffs?

8. The Brewskies - Very talented team that is starting to make it's case as the #1 threat to the Smokers in the Great 8.
Great owner.

9. PV Pride - DEFENSE! Same issues as earlier in the season. They can play lock down D, but may not be able to score enough to truly compete.

10. Sir Chewbacca - I really like this team. I feel like they should have a better record than they do. Just need to prove it on the court.

11. California Knights - Have really turned some heads in the last several games. Childress is amazing when he plays, and the role players (John Candy, Newt Gingrich, Margaret Thatcher, and the Olsen Twins) have REALLY stepped up!

12. Sandy Springs Basketball Club - Really desperate times for SSBC. If they don't get their act together FAST they could get relegated.

13. Big Man Inc. - See SSBC. Need to start winning games NOW. Tough go of it in the Big 8.

14. Bacon Hill Beavers - Solid first season in DIII, but appear to be headed for relegation.

15. wilcats - Woke up from a month long nap to shock Tucumcari Whalers tonight. Ultimately...not sure what this win does for them, but at least the fans are happy for a night.

16. Thunderdogs - 0-14. Can't seem to find a formula to win. Almost certainly headed for relegation.

Spot-on yet again. I have a feeling that the Tallahassee Trees and Chewbacca will end up higher in the final rankings than they are now. Really impressed with the depth of the league this season.
