I don't understand this game.

Have been working towards getting higher totals in all aspects (inside/outside scoring, defense, offensive flow, etc.)
Training and buying versatile, all-around players. Centers that can also handle and pass the ball, guards that attack inside and rebound.
But still keep losing games hopelessly even if outperforming the opposition in the 6 metrics shown in the game reports.

10 out of 11 games that I lost this season - I had higher ratings.

What else matters then, other than the enthusiasm and those ratings?

Ratings are irrelevant to me to be honest.

Versatile players are not always the best, depending on the tactics that you run. Game shape matters a lot too.

Feel free to join us on Discord and we can discuss more there if you want.

I will also say that you had some pretty bad luck. You basically lost every coin flip game.

Ever get the feeling like you're like a hampster running in a wheel, forever trying to get somewhere but never quite reaching the goal you've long forgot about? Me neither.

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

Quickly went through your roster, you don't have some long term projects with high enough potential to get you to the next level. Assuming your trainees are the 7 pot 23 years old.

Don't get me wrong, those guys can be very useful at D2 or NBBA level as backups but you gonna need at least 8 pot players to get you over the top at D2, alongside with other players.

Is tough to break it all down for a full rebuild but that's what I did last time around when I was training Campoy and Eckert and they took me to NBBA.

I hope you have millions in the bank now cause that's necessary to get to NBBA as well, whether you are buying your trainees or simply taking some salary hit throughout the season to overpower everyone in D2.

Best of luck <3

Yup. I got one of the lower payrolls in the league this season to build up the bank while fielding a team just good enough not to relegate. Also got younger since the last couple of seasons. I think I can probably get away with another season like this before I've got the cash to try to make a move. Othewise, I'll just play the game of "Survive D.II" for another six or seven seasons while those 23-year-olds carry my team to a long string of 4th and 5th place finishes. Hamster-style.

On behalf of the entire Big 8, thanks for promoting to NBBA so we don't have to have our offenses look so pathetic next season.
