the talent descripiciency plus the lack of interest and many facepalms(and my utter lack of time) has led me to cancel the war. Unless someone else wants to shoot up a list, I just have no time currently.

I'd not mind beating France... I have a small history with them, buying their crap players cheap, training them behind my American Stud, and selling them back to France for profit.
