Yeah that's how it works. So let's say that there is 512 teams per division in BBM. After first round, 256 are without losses. After second round, 128, and so on. After the 7th round, only 8 teams remain with 0 losses. In B3, there was 8 undefeated teams this season and ~120 attendees.

So I just meant that anyone who thinks this competition will be easy money, are very wrong. Lower division teams from bigger countries will likely get only 1 or 2 wins per season and even the good top division teams are likely to finish maximum of 6-1.

I think that these proposals have to be made with a minimum of time so that the teams adapt to it according to their needs.

In my case, for example i won the B3 two seasons ago... i renewed the entire team after that, thinking that i would continue to play the b3, and after two seasons (and now that I am the 700th in the world) I find this proposal that would deprive me of something that I assumed was insured.

As a former B3 winner I would like to have the opportunity to automatically rejoin the tournament when I'm competitive again. The opportunity to automatically join the B3 was an important part of the price of winning B3. And for me this "right" is more important than the money earned with winning B3. Of course it's only useful to join when you're competitive. You have to see which world ranking corresponds to that; could be that you have to limit it a little bit more.

This only concerns a few teams. And there are former B3 winning teams who are more competitive than other competitors. So I'm not sure if there's a real issue. Of course I could be a little bit biased, but the same counts for the majority of teams who have not won B3. So I don't think taking a poll will be fair because there simply are not many B3 winners.

Only letting a B3 winner automatically join the tournament the season after winning B3 won't really solve the issue, because teams often rebuild right after winning one (ore more) title(s).

Most of the concerning teams will have a good chance to win their league or cup, except the teams in the nations with lots of managers.

If the goal is to avoid the blow out games I think it will be more effective to implement a salary floor (say > 500k). A quick look at the standings in B3 will show there are a lot of non-B3 winning teams who are 0-8 in B3. So excluding the former B3 winning teams won't solve that issue. The level of B3 will probably be higher if former B3 winners can continue to jon (with the requirement to be competitive) compared to only letting league or cup winners from each country join. Or implement that Swiss system to B3 as well in trying to avoid blow out games.

I understand what Joe says. In the end it's just the question what the objective of B3 is. Perhaps you should align B3 completely with BBM where the former B3 will be the highets BBM league with all top 100 world ranking teams.

Maybe we should take a poll to see what the community thinks. Obviously any major changes like this would be down the road (multiple seasons from now).

I believe that we must have polls for significant updates. Also we could discuss up the exact conditions, like we do now for example for B3 rewards. I love it.

Very good example is OSRS (old school RuneScape), where they revived basicly a dead game by just listening what players needs and polling absolutely everything. They even have poll-booths at every crowded spot in game! BB might have dedicated menu link to polls also.

But do you feel the economy is unbalanced right now?

I think often people forget this is a virtual game and it should be maximize fun and not money

Can you discuss your case further... we are very interested on how you see things right now... and what do you think that needs to be added to further improve the current plans for next Season?
