After this first week, some points about my fan survey [;)]

I won my 3 games since the beggining (2 league and 1 cup, the B3's don't count for fan survey, but I won it too [:p]).
Last year I won division I and National Tournament.

My fans are for each questions:
1) happy of last season: 5bb (no change)
2) happy of how the team plays this season: 3.5bb (loose one ball after my victory in cup yesterday, maybe bugged?)
3) made a good run in National Tournament: 2.5bb (from N/A quite normal as it's the beginning)
4) played well on last game: 5bb (no change)
5) played well on TV game: N/A
6) played well against my rival: N/A
7) Knows the star players: 3bb (from 3.5)
8) General Manager made everything he can to improve the team: 5bb (no change)
9) Fans are happy of the way I manage the club: 4bb (from 5bb, 1 loss after yesterday win in National Tournament)

I think it's a bit annoying if I win everything without solding my star players, playing well, and have a bad fan mood, no?

The "last game" question on the fan survey applies only to league games. We have clarified the language on the page, though it may take a few hours for that change to find its way into all of the translations.

It is also important to remember that this page is a survey, based on a small sample of fans. It is possible for the results of questions, like "I am pleased with the team's performance last season", to change survey-to-survey, even when the events underlying the question have not changed. However, if different groups of fans consistently giving you different ratings (e.g. varying between 2.5 and 3 stars), it is probably a good indication that your fan base as a whole feels somewhere in between.

Maybe playing TIE reduces fan happiness. I don't know if you did or not, but maybe that's what it is. That's all I can figure with my recent fan survey.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Hmmm...
Has there been any changes on how the games are rated by fans?
The rating for my last league game changed from 2,5 balls to 2 balls (away 1 point loss with normal attitude) and the rating for last TV-game changed from 3,5 balls to 4 balls (home 2 point win with normal attitude) after cup win...

One thing I just noticed seems a bit off. After my second league game "I am pleased with the team's performance this season" was at 3 balls.

I then won a cup game and "The team had a good run in the cup this year" came up at 2.5, which makes sense.

The odd part is that after winning that cup game "I am pleased with the team's performance this season" dropped to 2.5.

It seems like the fans opinion on the season is a combination of the cup and the league, which is fine, but it seems very strange that a cup win could cause the fans overall impression of the season to drop.

Something strange about my fan survey. To the first question, about my results last season, after every game, they change their mind. Season 5 is over, therefore, this season's results shouldn't have any influence on this first line, no ?

Before the season started, I had 3,5 for "Last season". After a first victory, it dropped to 3. A second victory and it raised to 4. And a victory in cup made it back to 3,5...

Likely a result from surveying a different target group. It likely fluctuates around 4.5 and gets rounded up or down, respectively. It was already stated by BB-Mike that fan's feeling about last season don't change.

We'd like to let you guys know that we have made a very small adjustment to the way fans respond to the questions about your team's recent games (last game, last rivalry game, and last tv game). Beginning with today's survey, fans will be a bit more tolerant of close loses. The fans will also be applying the new standard retroactively when asked about tv and rivalry games that took place during the first week of the season. The magnitude of the change is no greater than half of a star in any scenario, and may not be easily noticeable. Nevertheless, we know that many of you are paying very close attention to the fan survey, and do not want this change to cause any confusion. We believe that this change will make fan behavior more realistic.

Also, there have been a few of complaints about the negative fan reactions to losses. Today's change is small and subtile, and is intended mostly to improve realism; overall, it does very little to reduce the negative consequences of losing. When face with low rating on the fan survey page, remember that the scores make full use of the scale, from 1/2 to 5 balls. For most of the questions, the average of all teams' scores is between 2 1/2 and 3 balls. High ratings are generally balanced by other teams' low ratings, and vice versa.
