i didnt lose but i really wonder why my guards shoot so bad from downtown. 4 of 21. both have JS 13 and JR 12 and were defended by a center and a pf.

Whatever he played against you, he still managed a mediocre outside d vs your average outside shooting. So those two guys must have had at least some outside d.

Also, the new game engine penalizes you if you play a C at SF. I assume that his passing and handling skills really suck? If you watch the game, I suspect that you will find that most of the missed shots for your guards came at the end of the shot clock.

In any case, you won, so it is all good.

but when you cry about losing allthough the ratings where much better people always tell you that it depends on the matchups and im sure my defenders are not better than a 7 in outside defence and my c who played sf has 8 in handling and 5 in passing

Can anybody explain why i lost? its just oO. The offence flow it cant be because my SG has a good lvl of passing more than 9 that is usually my PG.

Btw i really cant understand why my best player, he is really a good scorer, my SG who have an a 50% on shoots, today did a 7-24, its really unbeliable, it seems that for him is harder to score with a 2-3 than with a 3-2 or 1-3-1. Oo?

I got my own theory about this new GE and the balance of the % that are made on the matchs. With this new GE its seems that it tens to be equally to 40-50%, it hapens with the % players and it hapens with the quarters that this last days ive seen scores of 38-14 in the 1st and in the second for example 15-35.

Anyway in my game something is really wrong.

The guy before me simply indicated that due to the fact that your opponent's OD ratings are relatively high, in all likelihood he does have some outside defense. Of course, if you're blindly trying to explain the game with either one or the other, you'll likely fail.

In this particular case, the match-ups and the ratings undoubtedly point in a similar direction, given that the quality of the shots taken by your guards isn't particularly stellar. Call it partially bad luck if you wish, but your Gs threw some real bricks out there.

he got 1 more 3pt, 6 more ft and thats the 7 pt differential

And he CT the game, although u have better rating

u couldn't stop his SF, he score almost half of the points for the team (30 of 65)

This is the weakness of M2M def, even u have better rating on almost everybody but if he got the ball to the right guy then u are in trouble

he has home court

4th qtr (ur sf played every 48min & rate 5.5, cold be the hole of ur zone)

and a total of 1 steal means u have no fast break

both team rating about the same, a 2 point lose is nothing

Anyway that doesnt explain why my SG, my best player did that horrible %.

Anyway i see that defense doesnt matter he seemed to defense the same as me with a 2-3.

no i think u got him, ur pg and sf both shoot more and higher % than usual(compined fg 22/43, 3pt 8/18)
just that ur sf got shut down out of the 3

look at the stats as a whole, ur 3pt is 36.6% iis not bad, while his 3pt is 21.7% is nothing compariable.

but while he couldn't stop u outside, he totally got u inside (only 1 basket make around the area)

as i see ur 3-2zone blasted his ouside game, u just couldn't stop him enough inside
