BB once had 60k+ users.

22751 active managers from over 227 countries around the world, playing in BuzzerBeater's 99 countries.

Why is BB dying a slow death?

The numbers are still declining and like 40 of those 99 countries have less than 20 managers. We are reaching a point where we have arounf 30% of the peak userbase, thats a huge loss.

My center is what 5k. No gdp ,no gs training has not played this season much. A 74k c vs 5k center. does that matter. 2-3 zone matter is what matter

Same stamina to be exact.

Don't make excuse for him and speak for him when you don't even talk to him or know him. Its rude and shows a form of jealousy. which is team is better. His team is better weather he logs in or not..

The point is 2-3 zone worked. Show me a game you won using 2-3z vs low post /li. You cant. So much for you argument.

Within a few clicks, I was able to find a game where I beat a Princeton offense with a 2-3. I didn't keep looking for others, because that game was against the #1 ranked NBBA team at the time. I'd wager that most of my NBBA wins came while running either motion or Princeton.

People quicker to point out all the bad sides of BB over and over than the good sides, leading other users to think that this game is not worth it.

We know that only a very few managers find their way to the forums, so that would be a very small part of those who left.

Considering that many very succesful managers have left and that many who join quit in the first few weeks, I think we all know where the REAL problems are and what should be done.

I don't see his post as saying you were otherwise. I think the point was more that he'd prefer to see this thread get back on the topic.

I posted a message to answer you, but I deleted it. This thread is really not the place to discuss point by point your team and games.

As I refrain myself, I expect the same from you. This thread is a global thread about BB and its future, not your very personal views of the BB tactics. Any post going in that category will be deleted, the answers to it will be too.

Reading this thread I would suggest that a new skill should be introduced: trash-talking. Driving your vis-a-vis mad and forcing him to commit a flagrant faul ;)...

Saying that BB is dying because training is to slow (and yet there are payers with 150 SS10), inflation is on the market and so on - are mind-boggling. It is like saying that it would be better to throw 3 dices while playing monopoly or reasoning that people quit playing monopoly because the first street on the road is unreasonably not worth having.

Let's be serious - these are the rules and our goal is to make them work for us; use them to our advantage.

Many things were improved during the last seasons -I like the new balance of tactics, GDP. That makes the game much more interesting than HT (in my opinion) and probably the most complex browser sport management game out there.

I would not look for the reasons in-game (yet some things could be fixed and improved - like forums for example), but outside the game. Low or none spending on advertisement (this is how I've found the game), people moving forward and life getting faster. Training is not slower than before - we are in general less patient and want to achieve instant-success and get on-demand emotions.

App could help, but I am not sure if people look for similar games now - the sign of our times. There is however a chance that trend will change. Like slow food as the opposition to fast food. BB as an alternative to fast entrainment ;)...

That is why BB should be demanding from us - and that is why I like the manual to be in some areas unclear.

Not rubbish at all. Good points. True. It is still a game for those who like to earn things rather than achieve easily. It is still the reason why I will play until the game is no more.
