For example, after 10 weeks training pressure (or any other training type), one spot, one player will have improved...

Most likely 3-4 pops, exceptionally player can have 5 pops, but that's only if his other Skills are way better than OD...

Ok, thanks.

Then we should correct the first post, since 3-4 pops every 10 weeks is less than 2 weeks each level.

From the first post, in this thread...
Pressure
PG:
Trains OD @ 1-2 weeks
Trains ID @ ?
Trains HN @ ?
Trains DV @ ?

It should say...

Trains OD @ 2-3 weeks

All star break. Where you play one league game and either 2 cup games or 1 scrimmage. So you will have 3 if you're still in the cup

As mentioned don't worry about the pops when determining who to trained. If you want to train this 18 y/o (probably a smart move) then train him every week even if he popped the week before, he will still get the same amont of training. I would not waste my time giving the 32 y/o training minutes however, he will train painfully slow. It looks like you have 3 players 19 and under at PF or C so I would suggest training only C and trying the rotate those three through the weekly minutes at Center. Otherwise if you want to train PF/C pick up another young guy or giev some of the mid-20s players the extra minutes.

I disagree on this. Although I'm still going to wait a few weeks to post my entire results, I've been trying pressure for only PG for the last 3 weeks. One of my players, a 20 y/o being trained by a 9 (maybe 10, I know he dropped pretty recently) coach, popped in consecutive weeks. I realize there is a very good chance he might have been very high in it prior to the first pop and then very low after the second pop, but that still indicates its possible for there to be a pop in 1 week. And the fact that he's 20 y/o HAS to indicate that its quicker for an 18 year old.

I plan on training pressure for at least a few more weeks. I'll post my results then.
