Sorry, we got a new King yesterday so I haven't been looking into the forums too much yet ;)

We are still doing some small tests with the new version of the Game Engine. Probably we won't realise it yet for this week's games, but the way it looks now next week should be feasible.

I don't imagine you could give us more than 6 weeks of scrimmages to test the damn thing before making it live? For those not in a PL, it's a tad unfair to assume they'll have much idea how the new GE will work on their strongest lineup if they only have a couple of weeks to try out different tactics and lineups (which, in turn, would give those in PLs a decided advantage).

Congrats on your new king, I guess.

I find testing lineups in scrimmages impossible anyway since you have to take your minutes into account.

The only scrimmages that would work are those in the offseason. But postponing it another year just so that people can use one more offseason with 2 or 3 scrimmage matches where minutes don't matter seems like a bad idea to me.

So please don't postpone.

Its only live for scrimmages anyway, so more or less six games to figure out how the change impacts the game.

Nobody is using a league lineup in scrimmages anyway, so I would have thought that introducing the new GE to PLs would be the much cleverer move, but who am I to judge. I dont even pay for the game. YOLO.

PL would be the best option to test this, because we can play in PL with our best players.

This is where we hold them!

It would give a competitive advantage to managers paying for "supporter". That feature has always been about providing managers easier ways to access information—as opposed to exclusivity to that information—as well as aesthetic enhancements.

Its not like the PL boxscores are hidden... non-supporters can look at supporters boxscores and see the results as well!

No PL testing means that people wont be able to use their best players and if BB wants the best feedback from this GE change, they would get better/more results by at least including PL games.
