dude...he won it all...i think its fair to say he is better than good!!!!

But there are other better than good managers in teh world as well. homegrown was the topic I was talkking about....and the topic of who trained his players is relevant to consider. For sure he is great at training players, but in theory he did not train the players he won with.

No,he trained them.He bought them at a fairly young age when they were far from ebing completely developeed, and he bring those players to the highest level, that's completely his merits. No one of the top team in every national country train the major part of their players.Train players means lose games while they become good enough to help your team
I agree, there other managers in the world as good as him,and there are further reasons why he won 3 BBB and the last 2 in a roe than just his superior pure training skills above the other managers in the world...but we have yet talked about them

VS can do what he does because of micronation scenario and also in part due to excess FA releasing/farming globally...

Yeah, its a competitive advantage BBs have never fixed and likely never will. torooo made a ton of money from a season ticket holder bug in the first 4-5 seasons and nobody could compete with them financially, but they did eventually fix that, along with other financial issues that created inequality. the micronation one they never addressed though. The TV contract doesnt balance that out, cause whatever less a small country team makes in TV they make up in other areas (consisently winning road games, more flexibility with training, being able to carry a lower payroll and still win, etc)

Teradata is a GREAT example of micronation equality that you were talking about brian. Storms has only been playing since season 21 and his arena is bigger than yours, he also had enough money to buy an affordable trainer and a few good players over 20k. Also, he is not spending any money and his arena prices are at the maximum and the seats are selling ! Im sure if he wanted to he would have enough money to buy a B3 level team ( One good enough to compete to win ) and would be able to afford the salaries of the starters and the backups. Personally I think this guy has played the game before or he is just an incredible manager. Last thing, those high ticket prices are also what makes VS capable of sustaining the salaries of his players.

VS is not making enough to cover the salaries on a weekly basis, probably losing 500k+ per week at least. but they have been able to bank tons of money from raking in D1 revenues without D1 expenses.

i pulled that for just one and half seasons and im still living off what I made 10 seasons ago. but that was the longest i could do it before demoting. if i could have kept it going id be spending 1.5m+ in payroll per week to buy a B3 trophy as well.

The team payroll was boosted to about $1.9 this past week with a flurry of activity and if they don't win today against a very tough team they'll be 1-2 and almost certainly out of the playoff round.

A new team buys itself into the race! How intriguing! Will he make Mamba and Misagh, the BIG M's(Money), sweat? Will an honest team from a competitive league, like King Drive Ballers, have a chance at the title? Will a team like Silverbacks, that doesn't automatically LI every game, have a chance at winning a meaningful B3 match? Will anything remotely unexpected happen? Ohh, the drama! I'm so happy that the B3 tournament featuring the world's best teams is entertaining competitive and unpredictable.
