Yeah I have seen some bad draft before as well. I know some GMs who invest nothing and just invest the 300k on buying a rookie each year that they like.

where do you see this A+ ratings.

what is the colored ball and the hollow ball mean?

and how come players 1 to 48 have a decending hollow ball? do you mean the computer already arranged all players based on hallow ball already?

I dont want to spoil you, by answering the question directly, so before reading this, please read all the draft related topics.

you start with a list containing player1- player 48.
this list is random for every team.
players have hollow balls as their star rating. The balls are hollow, because it is only an estimation
if you scout them once, you get the real star rating, the hollow balls turning into orange balls.
(a 5hollow ball player can turn out to be an 1ball actual, just like an 1 hollow ball can turn out to be 5ball actual)
interviewing a selected player will give you a lot more information:
age
height
position
grade rating - is only a finer scale for star rating, as you have surely read in the topic
potential - this is what everybody is after (a 5ball A+ guy with 1-2 ball potential is almost useless, because you cant really train him further)
to see all these information about a player you have to scout and interview him once. costing you 3 points
(or you can use the group demonstration to interview all the 1-2 hollow star rating guys)

ahh! so basically if i interview him i will get the A+ ratings. for now, i have the color ball.

what i did was, i am looking for a good guard. i used scouting combine, then from there i chose all 18 yr old 6'3 under and scout them once.

so what your saying is if i interview them i will see the ball potential + the A+ ratings correct?

Or if you are in my draft you will see that there are no god players at all in the entire draft and that you have yet again wasted a fortune.

The "word on the street" clear ball ratings are in my opinion 100% worthless.

unfortunately its gona be 2nd draft in a row, i havent scouted anything over 3 balls potencial, so gona risk again and draft unscouted prospects and expect for luck, last seazon got 6th man and bench warmer:D

Well I scouted every single 18 year old in the draft and interviewed every one with 3 balls of skill or more and there are no stars in this draft.

That was a lot of money to find out that I randomly got my best draft pick ever in the worst draft ever. It sucks to be me!
