Hello again!
After so hard studying on aircraft and flight theories and principles, i think it's time to add my own words to what everybody has written in here :)
First of all injuries are a part of this game. Conditions like these had also affected my team in the past, costing me many losses and match defeats. I also lost my starter SG for 2 weeks, fortunately my substitute SG played similarily good and covered the gap. In general my principles are equality and stability of the team, trying to keep the spirit as good as possible without losing the balance in someway. Of course this needs sacrifice so as to build it, so far my inner-choices were generally good. But still it needs time and patience. And of course the solution of changing players all the time is not giving the needed result at once. Building a good team at least in my opinion, needs careful choices and definitely some "prediction" on what these players that you already have can perform forehand.
It's essential to base yourself on the strongest advantages and the weakest disadvantages of your roster, rather than to hunt all the time the "lost" details of the opponents. Of course it's important to watch around what's goin' on, but focus is needed primarily to your aspirations and inner-sense. My balance between this is somewhat 70 to my side 30 to the opponents' side. Don't forget, it's a simulation that in some way tries to be as real as real basketball. Of course good teams can lose and weak teams can tap better ones. This is something that keeps the spirit alive. Gives a reason to the weaker teams to fight more and of course concentrate more. This is my bare opinion, it's not a kind of offense between nobody in anyway!
Even though my personal life is too tough and too demanding (and unfortunately as time passes by it becomes even more demanding), my goal is to keep my team as a good example and a good chain linked to our league. I am very happy to find out that the forum in our league is so active comparing to other leagues!
Like last year, playoffs will be the real crash test of our choices. I am not saying big words. With all the respect to my opponents, good luck to everyone and of course let the best win and step up! My predictions for this year's winner goes mostly to our brother team Besker B.C. , even though surprises can occur again!
