i don't believe in it, because he is really in the lowest div. and the BB had to create a virtual division fr that - so it is something other then a bot promotion.

But maybe you are right, bot if is relgation opponent to strong for him in the third game i don't think that his league is so easy that you would regret that you get in another.

From what ive see when i was on the 2nd division without my country having 3rd, a team that fall has been moved to an other 2nd div
