yes, this has been asserted many times, although I'm not sure there is a really authoritative statement from a BB about it.

The concept is that the more out of balance the player's skills are, the slower training becomes, which is why I advocate (and am actually training this week) shotblocking training for big men.

Thanks, I know that but didnt realize it is the issue here.

And I have another question. Is there a way to set skill "cap" in parrot trainer? I mean - I don't want my PG to have passing 20 since I think it is quite useless. Is there a way to set that e.g. 15 is the maximum?

Based on my first look on the tool Driving has little effect on anything. On the other hand I've seen some top managers rate driving quite high. So whats the verdict? Driving yey or ney?

If I was guessing - I would say it has little effect on the ratings but more of an effect on shot quality during the game.

Dont forget that this tool is totally rating-based and should be treated as such. Ratings are just a very rough way to find out the real quality of team.

the change should be very sligthly and also the ratings are still the ones from the old engine but i find it still intresting to calculate them.
