iwith the sticky you are right, but he didn't say that he is rude to the users who ask but sometimes it would be better for everyone when the people could solve the problem themself. I believe on one person who ask a question, there are 10 people who don't do it and a lot who didn't know how the draft runs and especially when.
So i find it usefull, when it was in the visible menu, maybe with a warning sign like the number of incoming Mails, which makes the people notice that there is a draft and they better do something for it.

It's called "being your friendly local GM" and it's the norm, not the exception for the position. I don't see why it would surprise you.
Also, there is little point in making this a sticky -- it's the Suggestions forum...
Even if this is suggestion it`s the problem as well, I know my duties pretty much well enough and I don`t say I wont help users, but still we have too many users who plays BB for the first season, so they don`t know everything around here... Even most of old ones had no idea that drafts was already available course it`s pretty much confusing to find that page now...
