to answer the question, this skill brings him nearly "nothing" if you watch for guy with 10-12 free throw they are usualy close to 90% shooting percentage from the line - but even in comparision to shaq ft shooting has no lobby at the gm so that it makes no difference in salary.

I don't think that somebody will pay 180k for such a player... he don't have nothing, except FT.Why to keep in team such a player?

Well that low salary is good to have as 13 player for scrimmages. Put him in, he cost nothing, and you rest your guys, but if any pays that much for sure it will be suspicious
