ok im not understanding what you mean.

at your current prices if you sold out you would still be making less then the standard 20k arenas

what do you mean by standards ?
and i compared your arena to teams with the same record as yours.
from what i could see there is no clear cut advantage to the way your stadium is.
the salary cap is actually lower from what i can tell and it costs alot more to build.

i guess after loses you would prob keep more of your fans coming to your game by having higher tier seats

but the trade off in cost is not worth it in my eyes.

could you fully explain why you feel your arena style is better.

up until 3 days ago i believed it to be alot better but then i did a major search (pretty much every div 1)
and found your team which is close to the arena model i was interested in building.
from what i can see it does not work, in that its quicker and cheaper to build using the mainstream model.

i compared all of massens arena to about 100 others.
that arena model = lower overall salary cap.

he needs to be able to sell out all his lower at about 41 dollars t start improving on the other models salary cap.

for me a loosing arena is also important last week i was the team with the 12 highest salary in my league, and my succes is at least a bit surprisingly ;) And i tested Laim configuration, and i don't get close to his income even when i got a streak in this "hase" don't really know why maybe my fans miss some trophys before they come to my games to this prices ;)

The price change was also ugly for me, i made overall less money but maybe i should check out what is next week with better rival and Tv stats(and the next wekk after against an opponent who is actual

Edit: overall i feeling i made more money with this model, even when it is questionable to spend so much money for extra 30k income each week ;)

This other "Stadium build" you are talking about is an arena with lots of bleechers and hardly any other the others right? I believe they make more money in the short term but in the long term there potential to make money is capped because the max price they can get for the majority of their seats is $20. If you have more Lower Tier seats you can potential increase your income in the future by putting the price up. That is why I am building up my Lower Tiers. I don't think I will build anymore than I am building now but by having them I know I can always increase my prices for higher profits while if I built up my bleechers I would be unable to do this.

but thats thing from what i can tell your not making an extra 30k a week then other 20k seat arenas your making less overall income each week from your arena.

i totally get what your saying here , up until a few days ago i was going to build my arena like this .

12k bleachers - 8k lower tier - cap - cap.

before i begun construction i did a major search of arenas

the major majority of arenas where this model

16-18k bleachers - 3k lower - cap- cap

now before i started this search i thought the model i was going to build would have a much higher cap
until i found massens arena.

at his current prices he is not selling out - and i understand that is aused by a recent loss and such.
but at his current prices his not selling out and his is making far less income because of it.
now even if he was selling out at his current prices he would still be making less money then the other model.

i compared his arena selling out at current prices to about 100 other 20k (mainly beachers) arenas that were also selling out at there current prices, massens arena income is lower.

he would need his lower tier to all sell out at 41 to break the salary cap of the other arenas , and from what i can see thats not going to happen.

Selling out your arena shouldn’t be the goal. You should be looking at maximising your profits.

You should try to sell as many tickets you can at a high price. This means when have a lower ranked team play at your home court you sell less tickets than when you have a top team play.

If you are selling out your arena when you play a lower ranked team you are losing profits when a higher ranked team comes and play.

I can’t say this is a fool proof way of setting up your arena as I am still just experimenting with it and my prices (I set my lower tier to low for the current period) but as I see it, if I go the way I am going it provides me with a lot more flexibility in the future. As if I have 18k bleachers the most I can get from these seats is $20, so $360k. But if I have 9k bleachers and 9k Lower Tier I can get 180k + 630k. I know that’s not likely but 180k + 360k is….

Besides, if all else fails I can just set my lower tier seats to $20 and all I have lost is the initial cost. (This will never happen)
