I've been playing since the middle of season 12 and I've never had any of my players getting injured. ofc there were some injuries during the game but only for that game and other than that, none of my players experienced a severe injuries. I wonder if I'm just lucky :P

the doctor works, with each team the same way. But a good doctor, makes often more sense forolder teams because when the player have low value you better safe money to buy a replacement instead of paying a significant amount of money for your doctor.
