since this seems resolved now, I'll close the thread.
some additional advise:
when anyone notices that a prolonging of supporter takes unexpectedly long:
first check the method of payment, and if the payment was succesfull,
if so, contact a local GM, or if there is no local GM, any GM.
The GM will bring it to the BBs attention as soon as possible.
Mailing a BB is no abuse, but they get so many mails, and are so busy worknig on the game that you risk your mail being read a lot later, and your problem is being dealt with a lot later, then when you contact a GM!
They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
