I've had a competent (lvl 3) doctor with massage skill for the entire season. I've had two in game injuries that didn't last any longer than the game itself. Given that his salary is about 9K, and I paid 1K signing bonus, seems like it was worth it to me.

I got basic doctoir with massage and about 5k salary and I'm probably going to uprade to 3/4 doctor soon.
