" . . . JR is low you shoot like crap regardless of what JS is from outside, and if IS is low Inside shots suck too"

And if the Passing is low FG% goes down (IMO)

I had a guy with 17/13 JS/JR on my team who AT THE SAME position was outshot by a guy with 11/11 JS/JR...

one game or whole season in the same team?

And was the amount of shot taken nearly the same, imho better shooting means more shots in general but you also raise the shooting percentages of your team mates with it because they now take easier basket with the same limit like the good shooter.

Why?

There is one simple reason - You can train 6 players with full speed. So it's quick way to develop team.

Train rebounding, JR, OD, or atleast oneone one so the ha/dr goes up.

Lots of regimens to train besides JS, lots. JS is not the only fullspeed training out there.

You can't train OD or JR for 6 players with full speed. You must waste time or train only 3 players with full speed.
And if You train JS You can train 6 players without this dilemma. And later You can keep 3 in squad (and have stronger team) and sell other three (and gain money). So You can eat cake and still have it ;-)
It's reason.

but it isn't like the 1 position trainings are so incredible slow when you do two position. But mine 18/11 PG and 19/14 SG ain't that bad shooters, even when my PG shot below 30% three last season(he made better % nearly all the time and 29,7% in a team who often play inside isn't that bad).

And if you look you will see guys with 18 JS shooting under 40%. That is a bad shooter. So its not full training at all, unless your goal is to pay more salary and lose games.

40% is really high our best shooting team in our league(22 win with 4 looses), has none player last season above 40% with more then 10 taken three, and he didn't played inside which will crush shooting percentages additionally and in the german league many teams forfeit games which will push the ratings also.

I am not sure how the shooter look like, afaik some of them have high range but he managed to draft last so i won't say that his shooters are bad, but you need to live with lower shooting percentages here then in real life.
