Try to get 18 or 19 year players with at least all-star potential and with 3k salary and train them with 1 or 2 position then you will start seeing pop-ups.

I like him if your training BIGS..... If your training guards he not you guy. Hope this helps.

Nice age, decent height, great potential! I'd train him 1 position when possible. Do you intend to turn him into a C or PF because there might be different plans for his secondary skills.
