For good outside/ 3 point shooting, your player's jump range should be equal or greater than your opponent's Outside Defense. 9 is much too low for a good SF. 12-14 is ideal.

--Pretty good. As you say, he needs a little passing. I would also give him some IS, but depending on the height of your player (and the offense you tend to play), that might not make sense. More JR/JR/OD would be nice, but is not necessary.

--Reb at 10 is a little too much, IMO, meaning the cost-to-benefit of that extra Reb skill is not worth it. To me, 8 Reb is ideal for a SF, while guards are best between 3-6.

this is very debatable, because on offense DR and HA play a role, not only JS and JR. Even so, i believe that the GE puts a greater weight on OD than JS and JR, thus it should be a lot greater than the level of OD.

A good small forward imo is a guy who can defend inside and outside (you have done that quite well so congrats), rebound, and have some scoring capability(I don't see the SF as the main scoring option - i know you guys may think differently:) ). Cheers for your SF, he looks really great

Now, I feel much better thanks :)

so tell me,if it's now problem, how much he is worth ?

Transfer Price Estimate: There have been 6 recent transfers of 25-26 year old small forwards with tremendous jump shot and allstar potential. Jarosław Waliczek is probably better than all 6 of these players, but the few that are most similar have been selling for around $ 250 000 to $ 250 000.

this is sick ;/

He needs +2 OD (definitely) and +2 ID (less important than OD), ideally, as well as PS+2 (as you've identified).
If he has any training capacity afterwards, jump shot training is a good idea, 14/10 + 10 IS and a good level of driving should find a weakness against an opposing SF.

I also think you've overtrained rebounding, although I prefer 9 to the 8 mentioned for an SF.

Almost a good SF tho' ;-)

His value depends on other factors too, but I would agree that he is almost surely worth more than $250k. A very good, 25 yr old SF? I could imagine him going for nearly a mil.

That said, if he is foul prone or has disturbing ratings/stats, many interested buyers (myself included), would limit our bidding accordingly. A high weekly salary will also deter buyers.

Very nice player. Congratulations !!
