take your offense you play well in offensive, you won't make the game closer if you miss the shot at the end of the shotclock.

How is that so different from what I said?

Go with a slow offence like motion, low post or patient depending on your strength and expectation.

The main difference is that I think you need to consider the defensive strength of your opponents. If you are playing against Massendefekt 67 and see that he tends to get Perimeter Defense proficient (medium) and Inside Defense prominent (high) and the best you can achieve for either is respectable you may want to stick to motion because going against his inside defence will have you shooting 1/34.

cause i didn't have good experience with all outside Attacks, my team is quite good at motion but i haven't good shooters to play Run and Gun. most likely there are teams outside who play good run and gun, and have trouble with motion my rival of the last season Flying Munchkins experience it like that. With Princeton i have even bigger problems, so the slowest outside offense isn't an option for my team.

Also i had problems in the past, with slower offenses against good team because especially in the beginning i got in enarly every attack trouble with the clock. So melk the time to make the difference small, is at least for me not the best approach.

I didn't say don't look at the opponent, and consider his strentgth or weaknesses, but i think you still had to look how your own strength match best against the opponent.

I think we are fairly much agreeing. I guess the difference is you probably never experience it from the point of view of being the weak team looking up at the powerhouse. Your team is brilliant and you are obviously a wondrous manager. Last season I had my PG, SF and C all injured (PG was back but still in unplayable shape) so I felt like this a lot.

the occasion with the new ge was rare, but ESV laim and maybe still the Bulls was another class also for me.

But mostly i used that games also to experience, like looking how he reacts to the 1-3-1 Zone/FCP etc., reducing the difference wasn't my target i was always searching for kryptonite.

I just suspect that when you are top 50 in the world, there aren't too many teams that scare you. It is also probably worth listening to your ideas even if you are a little "crazy".

I think anything other than patient would have lessened the damage :)
