really? im just reassigning my training and following advice of ibarix and Dunkface for 1 position training and then you have this crap scenario. im afraid that the training i give to my younger player would be in vain and instead get drop in stamina, how sad!

It had been going nicely. its only the last few weeks that the training looks like it has really dropped off. all 3 of them got 48+ minutes aswell. is a pain coz it feels like a waste!

Remember that even if you don't get a pop in a skill, when your player gets training his ability will increase, and he'll play better.

So it's not a waste.

BE WARNED. It will be challenging to manage minutes right with 1 position training.

First you have obviously been doing things very well looking at your young star that most players would kill to own:

Reuben Timoci (19608430) Shooting Guard
Weekly salary: $ 9 474
Age: 19
Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: hall of famer

Next with such a teriffic player I hope you have an appropriate trainer. Iwen the U21 coach I am sure would like to see a level 6 but I would suggest at least a level 4 with fitness specialisation.

Thirdly looking at your minutes I assume you are already doing this but this player needs both inside and outside skills. I would suggest making him a SF or PF in the end.

Finally you are in the best division IV in all of Australia so if you ever want any help with anything feel free to ask, we have an entire federation dedicated to IV.7 players. Just look at your league history and see who won it in season 10!

PS: Watch your game shape, some of your players are in horrible shape and will perform very badly. Aim for 48-70 minutes for each player each week. You may want to get a couple of very cheap players of salaries less than $2,000 each to play along with a trainee in the scrimmage each week. Do not play guys like Hugo Marcelo Acevedo in the weekly scrimmage.

Thanks for the advice bud.

Yeh i had a run with injuries at one stage and everyone had to play top minutes. Which kinda made it hard to keep my shape up. was gunna buy sum small players but being so close to playoffs i might wait for my draft.
iv got lvl 5 trainer at the moment and im trying to save for much higher. Yeh iv been hitting the players outside skills this season and moving onto his inside now. i was waiting for one more outside pop but it hasnt been happening the last few weeks. pretty frustrating at times as im sure it is for anyone trying to train a player as good as they can!

Thanks for the great advice! always welcome and used.
