Does number of forfeits count? For example, will a team with 1 forfeit be ranked higher than a team with two forfeits given everything else are equal?
yes it did.
But there is a special case, which may cause problems. We once had a case in our league, where two team tried to get 6 and forfeited against each other. one team forfeited also the next game, cause he would loose the point differential(or win ;)). In the end he played the relegation, but at the end he got the win for the double forfeited game(as the home team) in the schedule before the draft.
Don't know if they fixed that, and if it is important.
