Is Div. IV so much harder than Div. V that you would not want to promote?

at first try to promote, i think you arent guaranteed youll play in div 4 next seazon. and if u promote you get 200k cash bonus and all your arena gona be full atleast half seazon (you can eazily make 100-130k proffit per week), so for the worst scenario you can make competetive team at the end of the seazon to win relegation series and stay at div4.
