Then buy some better ones. Your trainees are the key to the success of your entire team. You can kep the guys with funny names for scrimmages and games against Bots but should be training real players.

I agree... でも... I'm not that smart about Basketball, never see a live game either knowing much about the rules. I just like this game a lot. Okay, I have a plan how I will play BB for the next few season and that includes the two bad punks, too. Besides 'em I train two to three other boys, who were okay with the skills. I know that this won't make the Saints too competitive, but I'm sure it will be good enough to enter JBBL in a few season (look at Elandstraat or even Sashiogi). Once I'm up there, I can make a new plan :0... It's not too bad to be caught down there in II.League for a couple of season. I mean, with that small amount of non-bot teams in Japan it's not that hard to go up once...

We will see, n'joy and thanks for your advices

Fukusan

Elandstraat and Sashiogi were in a completely different situation to you...
This is my 5th season in Div II.1... and maybe I'm being a bit conceited in saying so: but I think I'm a relatively good manager...

Of course... it looks like you are caught in the best 2nd league all over for the last few season. Anyway, this season is your season.

What I wanted to say: I'll take it easy, I will go up once surely, but that's not my plan for sometime. In fact my plan is not very well, as I wrote, at the moment I train punks and some middle aged Noobs. Not wise, surely. If I will be shot up on JBBL earlier than expected = OK, why not. And maybe I'm being a bit conceited in saying so: I think I'm a relatively bad manager and will mostly always be :0...

Watching the UEFA EURO 2012 from now, dunno if I will check BB so much for the next weeks.

Cheers, Fukusan

If you are in division 2.2 you could probably go up this season. In this division it may take 10. It is just luck.

Look at the 2.1 promoters against the 2.2

Season 19
aisteru.4ever rich and with a plan.
Shikoku Otaku 3/4 in JBBL.

Season 18
Kawaguti Werewolf 3/4 in JBBL.
Me 5/2 in JBBL 13/9 last season.

Season 17
aisteru.4ever ok maybe his plan isnt perfect...
Sapporo Fighters 3/4 in JBBL 12/10 last season.

Season 16
fumoffu platoon 4/3 in JBBL 20/2 last season.

Season 15
Sharman Gamethrowers greatest team ever.

Season 14
Kotets 5th in JBBL twice before going bot.

Season 13
Fire Country Trail Blazers 6/1 in JBBL champions last season.

2.2
Season 19
Okayama Chon 1/6 in JBBL.

Season 18
Mythical Man-Month relegated.

Season 17
Small Town Operators 3/4 in JBBL 15/7 last season but have been around since season 3 and won the National cup and just dropped to div2 for 1 season for fun.
Miyazaki Freeters relegated.

Season 16
Isehara Pistons 5/2 in JBBL 15/7 last season.

Season 15
Leaf Team 7 relegated.

Season 14
Yokozuna Gaijin 6/1 in JBBL won National Tournament last season.

Season 13
shibuya relegated.

So 2.1 has 8 successful teams to 2.2 that has 2 that have started there.

I think that's changed quite a bit. And if - for example's sake - both Baikin & I promoted this season, then II.1 would be up for grabs. A lotta teams in similar situations.
