Money is a bit tight in D.IV - you get an extra $50,000 per week when you start, so you might think you are better off than you are. TV games are really big payouts to both teams. When I was in D.IV, I would lose money every week, and then get a boost from the TV game.

I'd not expand the arena, but consider increasing ticket prices (except it is too late for that now, you can only do it at the start of each calendar month).

I'd also try to promote. BB does a secondary promotion to get rid of the bots in the upper divisions. China just barely has enough teams to fill 3 divisions, so practically every active team might get promoted (except those with 4 wins). I wouldn't be too surprised if something like an 8-14 could get you promoted.
