When i restarted 4 seasons ago with my team they told Belgium leagues would be a big challenge compared to other countries.
What i learned in this 4 seasons is that this is really the case but it is not due to good managers. In my opinion Belgium has a lot of bad managers, they are just looking forward to climb up fast, and forget to build the fundament of their team, no young trainees, no big arenas. Many guys dont save the money to become better but just buy immediately high salary players, by the consequence that they will immediately drop the division again.
You all think now this is exactly what is happening to me, but if you look despite being last and have no chances to stay in this league i have the 7th biggest arena ,15080 seats, and i will only try to compete in this league when my arena seize is about 18k
What i want to say, except Bradok there are few teams which can play in the 1st division because they have a big of lack experience, and if you guys want to compete in there you should start building a big arena and start training young guys
