It can happen that some Managers can be quite critical of a NT Manager, they're selection of players and use of enthusiam and tactics.

How would you deal with any over the top criticism and also how do you intend to engage the wider Aussie community to be part of teams journey so that it also helps grow buzzerbeater in Oz?

A couple of great qus.

Criticism is inevitable, particularly when we lose. I hope to listen to influence in the management threads to make the best decisions for the team, and will Def mix tactics up, and lineups to suit our tactics. Over the top criticism can be ignored, and I'll challenge people with over the top criticism to get involved with tactics and have their say there.

In terms of the wider community,I have setup a specific u21thread in the Aussie NT federation and will promote easy access there. I'll personally be contacting managers with high skill/potential to join and follow progression of like players there to compare their players to others prior to turning 21 so they can see how their player fairs. Privacy will be respected if they wish. I would obviously love the help of some experienced managers to assist with training and mentoring which has fallen away, yet is vital to u21 success. I can't make people volunteer though so hoping there is some interest. Also important to get new managers involved to pass on info for the next manager of u21s to gain experience.

I'd love to have some fun with the team too so nicknames and stirrups are a must. I'll do weekly mvp votes and try and get people following the team that way. But above all, success will draw people's interest!

Hope I've answered your question clearly and Mott too many mistakes from the phone.

Not sure if this question was meant for all or not, but seen as how its a quiet debate I guess I will also answer it:

Good on you and well answered as well.

If you werent to win this election and I dont think you will, it is nothing to do with your ability and or style, but more to do with the fact that there is an excellent candidate who is well known in the Aussie community who has had a history of involvement within the team.

That said I commend you on putting your hand up and kindly thank you for your offer to dedicate yourself and your time to the Aussie team.

All the best for the future

Hey dude.
Could you provide a link to a NZ forum if possible, to show some of the feedback you received by our over the ditch cousins?

Cheers
