Thanks everyone for advices, I opened a team, and original roster was crap :)
I also got 13 scouting points, which turned out cool, I scouted OD/SB and sorted draft list according to that. I scouted/interviewed a 7/7 guy, hoping he would be 18y. He was 19y, but solid, 5/3 A+ SG.
I had one 8/8 guy, maybe should've scouted him instead, but oh well..
