Maybe it is (like 0,6 0,7), and my guys were low in sub-level :)

I've gotten a pop a week on some players but the most it has taken to get a pop would be two weeks.

I wouldn't bid higher for a player who has 8-9 stamina. They play 40-45 minutes, and their minutes (game shapes) are hard to control. I wouldn't want to play him in the starting lineup in one game, and on bench in the other one.

I think this is absolutely wrong. I can only speak from my own experience, but this doesn't happen for me. I've found no more difficulty keeping high stamina players in good game shape than I have their weak lunged team mates.

But I never train GS, maybe that is the case? Or if you have good bench, they won't play 40-45 minutes, even if their stamina is high? I don't think it is absolutely wrong, since I have experienced it :)

I can't argue with that of course.

I don't train game shape, but perhaps because none of my backups have low stamina that helps my starters play fewer minutes.

Players with really low stamina have worse ratings - I prefer a range of 4-7 for my players.

The higher the stamina the better. If you are concerned about minutes, try to win the game by a confortable margin, then you will blow out and your starters will be benched after 30-36 min. It is easier to win with your players performing at full than with them failing in the decisive moment due to low stamina. So thinking "i'll play low stamina dudes because they will play less minutes because of game shape" can give you the opposite result, since they will remain on court for longer minutes - while perfoming worse - trying to win the game.

Plus it is easier for a trainee to get 48 minutes if his stamina is high.

I don't get it. If your going to train Stamina for half a season or so, wouldn't one want to do that at the beginning to reap their benefits throughout the rest of the year?
