I agree and it isn't only scoring. Some players excel beyond what I expect from the rating they have at a particular skill. Lots of variables contribute I'm sure--but I think your observation is accurate.

Nice one Bill, thought I was on to something. Without giving too much away; I can think of one factor that would contribute to this possibly. Of course, it is worth checking the stats. With a fair few bots this season, a player could just be appearing to play well. I shall keep an eye on things. Thanks for the reply mate.

Agree. Matchups are definitely a factor and some managers are very good at getting the matchups they like game to game for their players.

We have lost North Wildwood Seagulls. Damn. And just before the Playoffs too.

Playoffs: It looks like we are facing off against the Brick Masters w/o Bishop in the lineup: he is well past his prime, but still a major contributor. Brick Masters dominated us last time out with Bishop in the lineup, so not much of a game changer there. We don't have a solution for their defense.

Miami might have enough to hold Brick Masters off, but that could be the Championship game right there. Not slighting the other teams, but I think the champ comes out of the Blue Conference one more season.

That kinda sucks... the Seagulls had just upset me the last game of the season, so I expect they could have made the playoffs pretty interesting.

I agree with Bill, I don't know if I can get past the Quarter Finals with Brick Master's defense. They beat us up pretty well near the end of this season. I had normal enthusiasm and Brick Master's had Take it Easy. I doubt my chances, but I will of course try.

Well I started playing after the allstar break but I am pleased with my team looking forward to next season. I have alot of young guys with good potential. I'm rooting for Brick masters or Miami Makers to win the championship so one of them gets promoted. I intend to make playoffs next season. Good luck guys.
