I would play him as PG with a LI (preferably) or LP. His lack of DR e JS won't be a too consistent issue, and he should take advantage of opponent's ID. In that position, he'll score easily also in second chance opportunities.
If you're going to play an outside oriented tactics, I'll use him as a SF...starter or backup based on your other players
