The final scoreline doesn't do tonights match justice, Cranborne could've easily won tonight had Hawkins not put us up by 4 right before the late game foul logic kicked in.

Meanwhile I ended up being the only undefeated team across division II this season, so I can rest easy this playoff cycle knowing that I've got the ABBL in my future no matter what.

And I've a squad that isn't horribly out of it's depth this time, especially if and when I add to it over the next couple of weeks.

thanks to my injured players lol. I was never a chance, but i would still be cautious of VD (the team lol) if i were you.

Welp, looks like I'm out... and all it took was 1 damn basket from the 22 game season that made the difference. If had ended with -41 or better instead of -43, I would have played CAMOUFLAGE instead and pretty sure I would have won that matchup.

Well with any luck this is the last time I'll be in division II for a while so I'll just say now that it's been fun and I wish everyone still here the best of luck for next season.

The thought of throwing the finals so that two teams from this group could promote crossed my mind. But JustJokin messaged me after game 1 and in essence made it clear that a 'gifted' promotion wouldn't have really helped them, since they'd likely drop back down, and with the current salary floor rules you can't even make that much money in D1.
