the later the best but if your trainee's stamina is too low you can have a hard time training him on a 48min/game basis. i'd give at least a little stamina boost whenever you can to lower the risk of him getting 45min instead of 48min every time.

What is the best or fastest way to make a player pop in training ? Should i train jump shot for all team or 2 players at a time and is it good to stay with jump shot for 7 weeks straight or is it good to do diffrent trainings ?
