I'm not sure how you are managing your training, but I'm always planing before a first match where will be players on the field and where will train, than I rotate them

I try to get all my PG near to 48 minutes to give then training, but often that doesn't work so i try to manage to get then 48 minutes PG+SG and otate on this spot to so that i could vary my training fast so that i don't waste that much of it ;)

In horribel weeks i also switch on team training like free throws, because i don't want to waste my training.

If I'm focused for the training of something in that week - I would try to do it more during a match

I see logic on this, you know

I understand what your logic is. I'll try to explain my logic thinking about this item.
My point is that when you are training something in that week, you won't always do it more frequently, because that's not always possible ingame. There are other factors like the contender, the teammates, match orders, etc.
But when you use the skill you're training on, you will be focused to do it better then before.
That will not always be a succes, because you are still training on it, only after a week of training and trying ingame you got better. So it isn't counted in ratings that week.
