Most unlikely that a team would have all 13 players with respectable game shape after 3 weeks.

I'd contact (BB-mail) one of the GM's under Your Friendly Staff - perhaps one of the Spanish speaking ones.

No need. The issue has been communicated up the chain by the GMs already.
