Screw the noobs. They should have to putz around for a season or two while the game engine is tweaked and the transfer market doesn't exist.

I'm not sure how old this is, or if people are even still interested in this, but I would like to get a mentor if anyone is willing to. I have a decent amount of experience in manager games, but mostly soccer (HT, Freekick). I would just like some help about tactics and how to organize a team.

Pats my advice to you is to stay in D III. Its not much fun in II. No money and I get my butt kicked. Stay down!
