He was unlucky. But there is more than match ratings, shots and CT.

I guess frency would often win this match as well, but the PF and C of constantinopel are great players and might very well have extremely good defensive stats which makes frency's inside tactic a lot weaker. Frency had to rely on his SG and Sf for the points while playing inside....whcih can work but may not.

Ok, but why if costantinopoli had better defenders, I had best ratings?

For one because he played MTM and you 2-3 zone.

But I guess it might be so that his SF, SG and PG are less able in ID and just his C and PF have very good ID.

This would make his total defense rating less impressive than yours but would still handicap your PF and C in the one on one matches during the game.

As I said you might very well win this game, but it is also possibl to lose it. I myself have lost matches where I had better ratings and CT, but where the other guy just had fitting player abilities tht were not so much visible in the stats.

I think this match is a bug. It has to be a bug.
I suspect a problem in matches where there are two levels of attitude difference.

I just see a game where the team with the worse points per 100 shots numbers lost. Which is logical. Is there anything else we're supposed to be looking at?

I just see a game where the team with the best team ratings, and the only team who tried, lost. Which is illogical.

That's something wrong, also because the team ratings and the points per 100 shots speak about two different matches.

The instrument that is 100% indicative of team strength is points per 100 shots.

Team ratings might give you an idea about how strong a team is, but they are not foolproof. Likewise, CT with very low enthusiasm is not much better than a Normal.

PS however, I don't think it's a bug, but we have to tell the truth: Frency was very unlucky and we can't assume that the result of the match is right..

I don't necessarily assume that the result is right. But team ratings and CT/TIE info are not the only (or even the major) factors determining who wins.

I'm pointing out possible reasons, not delivering judgment about what the enthusiasm actually was.

Again, points per 100 possessions is strictly what determines the game outcome. If they were identical to team ratings, then it wouldn't make sense to have both of them.

It is obviously not up to me to decide whether there was a bug or not. But 'there must be a bug' is not necessarily the only explanation for the situation.

Do not forget Reb, FT (fouls), TO and BLK.

I might have been a bit sloppy with the wording there. But the idea is that whether a shot is a basket or a miss is determined by PP100, and the team ratings are just one of the components in their calculation.

There must be a bug was only a provocation..

anyway, point per 100 shots can't explain 60 rebounds against 40, while my ratings were better and while the BBs said that rebounds are influenced by attitude!

And that's a terrible way to get your bug report looked at.
