I am a Refferee in Holland, and in our country is the following rule, so as in the NBA.


What you said is definitely not as in the NBA. Here are the NBA's rules on technicals: (http://www.nba.com/analysis/rules_12.html?nav=ArticleList)

Here's the key point for this discussion, from 12, A, V:

n. A free throw attempt is awarded when one technical foul is assessed.


That's what happens in the NBA (there are a few exceptions... nitpickers, please read the whole section). That is, one free throw, no change in possession.
