but in bb terms, a shooting percentage below 40% is quite normal ;)

Nah, it's just that the majority of the teams are still putrid)

I think my team is shooting .380 from the field... *shiver*

mine is even 0.357

but then again, I didn't spend a single week on jumpshot or 1 on 1 either....

don't panic. I'm a lost case anyway.

I don't have any decent trainees either, so why should I focus. Sooner or later I will get beaten up prety hard in our Div I. And then it's time for me to draw back a league or 2 and start acting like a 'good' manager. Sell everyone and start over with fresh sparkling youngsters, building out a decent training regime and start doing things right.

Up to then I think I'm having fun the way I'm doing now. ;)
