If there werent any advantages like PL games, logos... and so on then im quite sure atleast 99% of the current supporters would become a nonsupporters, leaving the hard task of keeping the game alive to the shoulders of kind persons like yourself.

Fixed it for you.

ok, finally we see the training update, thanks BBs for your efforts.

but in GSs it seems there was only effect of under 48 and over 80 minutes
I lost my first 2 games just to keep my players between 48-65. and now I see no gain

That's because players start the season at low-respectable. Now most of your players are probably at high-respectable.

thanks.

so how about those who are at proficient now? (in some other teams) maybe jump from low 7 to low 9 but mine not to at least low 8? (same time last season I experienced whole my team to 8 and 9 GS - it perhaps means high 8 and low 9 - )

Yeah, as we know there is a considerable amount of randomness involved.

And there are some players that for them is easier to get to GS 9 than others..

Well, I used to have a player that, was always in GS 9 in a high range of minutes, and had other that was really tough to make him rise on GS

Which could also be statistical noise. I even had a player who despite optimal minutes every week failed to sustain even strong GS for a season. The season before, though, he had been on proficient GS almost all the time although the minutes were distributed quite a bit messier. Sometimes, random simply occurs... even the seemingly improbable type.
