Also I would say that saying this player is "valuable" will give completely new managers wrong idea of valuable players. For example a new player sees this monoskilled loser player as valuable asset. Therefore he/she gets the idea, that this type of players for certain positions are great, therefore buying this type of players from market, with salary of whatever 15-20k etc. Meanwhile in the same league, there are teams with players in same salary range but about 15-30 tsp more than his/her players. New player gets frustrated because 9 times out of 10 he/she loses to a team, that has seemingly as good or even worse team than he/she does by salaries. Getting beaten, the new team owner loses motivation and hope and quits.
