its funny

but if was a new person or someone who just kindly want to participate in this forum to not just share but also be enlighten in what ways should be better, the way you comment on this surely looks like offensive

can you blame us or me if i got nothing else but continue train my 22 year old guard

i cant seem to find any substitue in the market with his skill sets, and if your blaming me as to not get a 18-19 yr old even with lower skills level and work on it i think i can have or we can have a bit of discrepancy with regards to this matter

and im sorry because i dont know the aims of the topic, alli see is speed training analysis, and the topic is so long already that i think i reacted on what i think.

i know this isnt a help section to post\, but the topic seems to aim to help players about training analysis

so dont crucify me and for the fact your a gm . . . . kindly improve yourself :D

again kindly be specific when you say garbage because are you pertaining to a player or a skill

i agree . . .

100% agree

i think the decline would really be seen when players are still trained at 25 years old getting their training results

if your training 18-20 year old, you can see that their training progress arent fast also though probably faster than 21-23 years old.

can someone correct me pls. this is just me by the way

It doesn't make sense to say that 22-year olds are garbage as trainees. It must be possible to train up to 24-25 at least, or else how will the soft caps for decent potentials ever be reached. And I do believe they are still trainable.

That wasn't really the point. Right now, I train 20-22 year olds myself. One just can't expect to put in a 20-year old so-so player, and catch up with what top teams have in a season or two. It doesn't work, and it won't work, ever. The top players in the game are usually the product of training 18-year olds with multiple respectable skills for seasons in a row.

i feel you mate!

i dont expect a 22 year old to react the same way as a 18-20 year old in training,

im expecting somewhat like a capacity like if his over 22 he will be harder to train but on or before 22 years old the discrepancy wouldnt be that big.

i understand it more now. thanks

im not expecting to catch up with those players especially accelerated traning, but to have read 3 weeks really made my brain snapped!

i hope you understand that we have how many weeks in a season and 3 weeks per pop ? so i reacted that way . ..

really apprecite the explanation

Driving: average Passing: respectable

JS pops in 3th week, JR pops in 2th week

2. age 19; 6'4"
Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: strong ↑
Outside Def.: inept Handling: mediocre
Driving: strong Passing: average

JS - no pops, JR pops in 1th week and 8th week

3. age 19; 6'5"
Jump Shot: prolific ↑ Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: strong Passing: average

JS pops in 8th week, JR pops in 2th week

4. age 20; 6'2"
Jump Shot: prominent ↑ Jump Range: respectable ↑
Outside Def.: strong Handling: prominent
Driving: prominent Passing: sensational

JS pops in 1th week and 8th week, JR pops in 3th, 5th and 8th

5. age 20; 6'0"
Jump Shot: sensational Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: awful Handling: prolific
Driving: prolific Passing: prolific

JS pops in 6th week, JR pops in 3th and 6th

6. age 20; 6'0"
Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: inept Handling: strong
Driving: average Passing: respectable

JS pops in 2th week, JR pops i 4th

Trainer 9-10 lvl

Training JR for PG/SG, only player 3 gets up to 48 min. on every weeks, others plays 40 to 50 min. So tell me, how it is possible, there are such big differences in training??

And all of these players have popped at least twice in your team, so you're sure you haven't been training someone who you bought with additional trainings above the base level?

Ok, thanks a lot.

Player 4 pops every 2-3 weeks, and player 3 needs more than 6 weeks? (JR)
It is very strange. I can only think on height and potential. Maybe the other abilities.

Can you write the potential of the players? Thanks.

I have noticed that training OD height takes a very big effect...shorter players trains in OD much more faster than taller ones....and the diffrence might be huge...I havent collected any data to prove this....
